If you receive the wrong product or quantity please contact us within 2 business days. After that time you agree that your order was complete and accurate.
Malaysia: Customer and/or Shipment
Standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days after an order is shipped for you to receive it. Orders are packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped does not count as the 1st day. Standard Shipping is usually handled as USPS priority mail.

All Next Day and Two Day orders placed after 9am EST, Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

You agree that if you are shipping to an address that is different from your billing address you assume responsibility, and we will not ship replacement goods in the event the initial order is not received.
If you have not received your shipment after 14 business days you have 5 business days to contact us to help resolve the issue, although you agree that delivery confirmation by United States Postal Service, FedEx, or other carrier will suffice as proof that you have received the item(s) ordered.
International Orders and/or Shipment
We offer FedEX/DHL Express, DHL Global Mail and Singpost. FedEx/DHL Express deliveries typically take 5-7 business days, while DHL Global Mail and Singpost shipments will vary based on the method chosen – either 14 – 21 business days. Please understand that delivery times do not include customs clearance.
